Welcome to Taregan IT Pvt Ltd (“Taregan IT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Balkumari‑9, Lalitpur, Nepal. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our web hosting services, domain services, and related offerings (collectively, the Services). By signing up, placing an order, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services & Account Setup

  • Upon payment, you’ll receive access credentials to your hosting account and DNS details.
  • Shared hosting resources (CPU, storage, bandwidth) are shared among multiple customers. Abuse or excessive usage may result in service modification or account suspension .

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include spamming, hacking, hosting illegal or copyrighted content, phishing, malware distribution, etc.

4. Unlimited Resources Policy

If your plan includes “unlimited” storage or bandwidth, these are meant for hosting websites only—not for file storage, backups, or archival. Abuse may lead to account termination.

5. Payment & Renewals

  • Fees are charged per your selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly).
  • Missed or late payments may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Uptime & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance won’t be included in downtime calculations. Credits compensation may apply if outages exceed agreed thresholds.

7. Backups & Data Loss

We offer periodic backups, but we are not liable for any data loss. Customers are responsible for retaining their own copies.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • breach of Terms,
  • illegal activity,
  • resource abuse, or
  • non-payment.
    Termination won’t relieve you from unpaid fees or transfer liabilities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and logos used in relation to our Services are owned by us or our licensors. Customers retain rights to their own content and grants us a license to host it.

10. Third-Party Links & Content

We’re not responsible for any third-party content or links you include or access through our Services .

11. Limitation of Liability

Taregan IT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss, or service unavailability. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months .

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Taregan IT and its staff from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of Services, violation of Terms, or infringement of third-party rights .

13. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
